This summer, two major festivals will be held in the vicinity of Smalspåret, more specifically in Hultsfred's hometown park. First up is the Hultsfred Festival, which runs from 8-11 July, followed by the Sonisphere Festival with Metallica on 18 July. During the festivals there are many extra trains, for more information, visit Tjustbygdens Järnvägsförening, which organises the traffic.
