The steam locomotive Gp 3042 has after a longer deposit at Anten-Gräfsnäs Railway been transported to Västervik. The locomotive is owned by Föreningen Smalspårets local department in Växjö, which deposited the locomotive to Tjustbygdens Järnvägsförening. The railway bridge in Hjortöström has undergone a complete renovation during the autumn, where the bridge has been rust-proofed and painted. In addition, some 90 sleepers have been replaced on and directly adjacent to the bridge. Further graveling of the track in the area around the bridge will also take place shortly.
