This weekend there has been work in many places on the Narrow Gauge railwayAmong other things, work has been done on vehicles in the locomotive sheds in Västervik. Further south along the line, work has focused on loading foundations, signs and signal cabinets for the upcoming rebuilding of the crossings in Åseda. These have been standing for some time in Virserum and will now be transported down and put into operation at Järnvägsgatan and Östra Esplanaden in Åseda. The loading took place with the help of Thorns Blasting & Concrete HB in Virserum to whom we extend a special thanks for their help!
In addition, a team has been working to gravel up and raise the standard of the siding in Hultanäs, in connection with the construction of the railway bus garage that once stood in Nässjö.
