X9

A film about the "Paprikatågen" letter X9. The film was shot in western Sweden in 1996-1997 and shows the vehicles in four different colour schemes. We follow the vehicles on the lines Borås-Uddevalla, Borås-Varberg and Borås-Gothenburg. The X9s were withdrawn from service in 1999 and today a three-car train set is preserved by Svenska Motorvagnsklubben, SMoK. The film was released on VHS in 1997 but is now also available on DVD. A slide show from the renovation of SMoK's X9 train is also included.
