Terms and conditions for Föreningen Smalspåret Växjö-Västervik Hultsfredsavdelningen

The conditions apply to purchases for dressage cycling on the Hultsfred Björkudd - Målilla and Flaten - Gårdveda routes. The purchase is then made to the above-mentioned part of the association, with organisation number 833200-5977.

Shop now - Pay only after delivery

When you pay by Billmate invoice, this is transferred to Billmate AB, which means that you shop safely and easily. You do not have to provide your card details and only pay after you have received your goods. The invoice is sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you specify at the time of purchase.

By trading with Billmate Invoice, you are offered the following:

  • Always get your order home before you pay
  • Minimum payment period of 14 days
  • You never have to give out your sensitive card details
  • Always 14 days right of cancellation in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act*

Terms of payment

Private individuals

The payment period for invoices is at least 14 days from the date the order is dispatched from the shop. If you make a return, you have the option to extend the due date by up to 10 days for invoices that are not yet due. It is you, the borrower, who is responsible for ensuring that the payment is received within the specified time frame according to the terms you agreed to when choosing the payment option "Invoice". By making a purchase, you also accept responsibility for payment.

If you cannot find the invoice, you can contact Billmate customer service for assistance.

Billmate AB has the right to carry out random checks to ensure the correctness and authenticity of the invoice. This is done, for example, through telephone calls, identification checks and verification via electronic identification, such as Mobile Bank ID.

Businesses

The payment period for invoices is at least 14 days from the dispatch of the order from the shop. The invoice is sent by email or letter when the order is sent. It is you who are the borrower who is responsible for ensuring that the payment is received within the specified time frame according to the terms you approved when choosing the payment option "Invoice". By completing the purchase, you also accept the payment responsibility.

Fees and interest

Billmate does not charge a fee for invoice payment, the store may charge an invoice fee. In the event of late payment, a statutory reminder/delay fee and penalty interest of 2% per month will be added. In the event of non-payment, the invoice will be submitted to debt collection.

Credit assessment

To be able to order against invoice, the customer must be a registered Swedish company or a person over 18 years of age, be registered in Sweden and be approved in the credit check carried out at the time of purchase. In some cases, the credit check may involve a credit report, in which case you will be notified by post or e-mail. The credit report is handled via Creditsafe and is not charged when you apply for credit from a credit institution.

Personal data management

When making purchases using Billmate Invoice as a payment option, Billmate will process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Right of cancellation / Repurchase / Complaints

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you always have 14 days to cancel a purchase or complain about a product. Of course, we at Billmate take this into account. It is important that you contact the store you bought the product from with your complaint and move the due date on your invoice forward by contacting Billmate's customer service. You can move the due date up to ten days on invoices that have not fallen due.
Remember that there may still be postage, return and invoice fees to pay even if you cancel your purchase according to the shop's terms and conditions.

Transfer of ownership

Billmate is entitled to assign, mortgage or pledge the claim against the customer to another party. Customer (you) is not entitled, without Billmate's written consent, to transfer its obligations or rights under the agreement to another party.
