Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Grand Association.
The association Smalspåret Växjö - Västervik holds its annual general meeting on Sunday 5 April at 13.00 in Virserum railway station.
NB: Due to the current situation, the meeting will primarily take place by phone or online (Google Hangout). It is possible to call in as well as connect via computer. If you belong to a risk group or have symptoms, you should not come to the meeting in person. The meeting will be held in the station but special arrangements will be made to keep distance between members during the meeting. Do you wish to participate by phone or online? The previously planned activity with a visit to Flaten, after the meeting, has been cancelled and will be organised at a later date.
Local chapter Skåne/Denmark
Annual meeting of local branch Skåne/Denmark to be held on Saturday 14 March at 13.00 at Dansk Jernbane-Klub. Location: Fabriksparken 14, basement (entrance next to/behind the bike shed), 2600 Glostrup

Bus routes 300S and 500S both stop at the Factory Park and there is ample car parking on site. Agenda according to the statutes. We inform about upcoming activities on Smalspåret and discuss any. joint activities / travel and give a cup of coffee or two. A warm welcome.
NB: The annual meeting of the local chapter Skåne/Denmark is postponed due to the current situation in Denmark/Copenhagen regarding COVID-19. We will return with a date.
Local branch Hultsfred/Vimmerby
New date: The Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 8 June at 18.00 at the rest area in Ödhult, south of Hultsfred. NOTE: We stay outdoors with distance between the participants. No fika with regard to the spread of infection. Welcome to the programme!
