A film about three narrow gauge railways in Klippiga Bergen with 3 foot gauge. The difference between our Småland 3-foot railway and this American one is that the Swedish foot was slightly narrower, so in the Rocky Mountains 3 feet is 914mm against our 891mm.
We visit and travel on the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic RR, Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge RR and Georgetown Loop RR. The trains run on narrow rock shelves and over deep ravines. Recorded September/October 2016.
